Shipping Policy
All of the items in our catalog are in stock and dispatched within one or two days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times predicted by PTT (Turkish Post) are varied between one to three weeks depending on the country and can be found here (in Turkish). All items are sent via registered post and a tracking number is given to the customer after the shipment. Items usually can also be tracked in the arriving country (after being registered to the local postal system) with this same code. Beyond all these efforts, our shop is not responsible for any delay and loss of items in the shipment. It is our customers responsiblity/choice to order an insurance for the packages.
Returns Policy
All of the items you buy from our store is fully guarantied for replacement for any defect and production mistakes.
However, if you just are not satisfied with any product or it does not fit, you can still return it in unused condition within a month of purchasing. The return shipment costs belongs to the customer, and the customer recieves a full refund of the products total after we recieve the item(s).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are varried depending on the product and the location of delivery, and it is automatically calculated during checkout. If you would like to see the delivery cost of particular product(s) please log in to our site (enter your address correctly) and add the product(s) to your shopping cart. When you hit checkout you will be given possible delivery options and their costs.
